Vi ser \u00e4ven en skillnad mellan en yngre kundgrupp och en \u00e4ldre i sitt agerande.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kundens m\u00f6jlighet att kommunicera med Bostadsutvecklaren \u00e4r betydligt enklare idag genom digitala appar med f\u00e4rdiga formul\u00e4r f\u00f6r felanm\u00e4lan. Olika chattforum g\u00f6r \u00e4ven att man g\u00e4rna har samma fel som grannen skrivit att han har, sammantaget ger detta en kund\u00e4rendehantering som \u00e4r betydligt mer omfattande \u00e4n tidigare<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vi p\u00e5 Granitor har valt att tillhandah\u00e5lla ett chattforum i v\u00e5r app f\u00f6r att p\u00e5 det viset sj\u00e4lv kunna vara delaktiga och svara p\u00e5 de fr\u00e5gest\u00e4llningar som dyker upp d\u00e4r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Vad inneb\u00e4r denna f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring?<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det \u00e4r mer resurskr\u00e4vande.
