Kan du b\u00f6rja med att ber\u00e4tta lite om din bakgrund och hur din karri\u00e4r i byggbranschen har utvecklats?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Peter Szabo (Brixly):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hej, det \u00e4r ett n\u00f6je att f\u00e5 dela med sig. Min resa b\u00f6rjade hos LB Hus 2004, d\u00e4r jag arbetade som byggledare fram till 2012. Under den tiden producerade vi cirka 30 sm\u00e5hus per \u00e5r, och min roll inkluderade en m\u00e4ngd olika ansvarsomr\u00e5den, fr\u00e5n hantering av kundens tillval till genomf\u00f6rande av besiktningar och efterbesiktningar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Marcus (Envise): Det l\u00e5ter som en intensiv period. Hur s\u00e5g eftermarknaden ut p\u00e5 den tiden?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Peter Szabo: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eftermarknaden var ganska outvecklad d\u00e5. Vi hade ingen dedikerad eftermarknadsroll och mycket av arbetet sk\u00f6ttes via mejl och telefon. Det fanns inga avancerade system f\u00f6r att hantera eftermarknaden, och tillg\u00e5ngen till internet var inte lika utbredd som idag. Det var mycket manuellt arbete och en hel del springande mellan olika uppgifter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Marcus (Envise): Hur f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrades din roll n\u00e4r du b\u00f6rjade arbeta f\u00f6r Egnahemsbolaget 2012?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Peter Szabo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> N\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 Egnahemsbolaget 2012 blev min roll mycket mer fokuserad p\u00e5 eftermarknaden. Tillsammans med en kollega, startade vi en strukturerad eftermarknadsavdelning. Tidigare hade projektcheferna tagit hand om eftermarknaden, vilket inte var effektivt eftersom de ocks\u00e5 hade nya projekt att hantera. Vi implementerade ett internt system f\u00f6r att b\u00e4ttre hantera eftermarknaden och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra svarstider och dokumentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Marcus (Envise): Vad var de st\u00f6rsta utmaningarna ni st\u00f6tte p\u00e5 under den perioden?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Peter Szabo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En av de st\u00f6rsta utmaningarna var att hantera de m\u00e5nga klagom\u00e5len som kom in. Eftersom eftermarknaden tidigare inte hade prioriterats, hade vi en hel del att ta igen. Revisorerna granskade v\u00e5r eftermarknad noggrant, inklusive v\u00e5ra svarstider och hur vi sparade material. Det var ocks\u00e5 en utmaning att hantera direktkontakten med k\u00f6parna, som blev allt tuffare med tiden p\u00e5 grund av ett h\u00e5rdare klimat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Marcus (Envise): Nu arbetar du p\u00e5 Brixly. Hur har din roll och eftermarknadshanteringen f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats sedan dess?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Peter Szabo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> P\u00e5 Brixly, d\u00e4r jag har arbetat sedan 2022, arbetar vi mestadels med professionella best\u00e4llare snarare \u00e4n privatpersoner. Detta har gjort relationerna mer professionella och f\u00f6rst\u00e5elsen mellan parterna \u00e4r h\u00f6gre. Vi har ocks\u00e5 en mer systematisk och strukturerad eftermarknadshantering. Vi f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker st\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra v\u00e5ra rutiner och lyfta eftermarknaden p\u00e5 agendan. Vi ser till att problem \u00e5tg\u00e4rdas snabbt och att vi \u00e5terkopplar till kunden s\u00e5 fort som m\u00f6jligt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Marcus (Envise): Hur ser du p\u00e5 framtiden f\u00f6r eftermarknadshantering i byggbranschen?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Peter Szabo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Jag tror att framtida upphandlingar kommer att st\u00e4lla tydligare krav p\u00e5 hanteringstider och andra aspekter av eftermarknaden. Det \u00e4r viktigt att ha tydliga rutiner och erfarenhet f\u00f6r att kunna hantera eftermarknaden effektivt. Alla kan s\u00e4tta l\u00e5ga priser, men det \u00e4r viktigt att erbjuda en bra kundrelation och bem\u00f6ta kunden p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt.
