Aftermarket management

At Envise, we often see a lack of dedicated tools for aftermarket work within project development/construction industries, or that existing tools cannot handle processes and requirements satisfactorily. Consequently, there are usually many manual tasks and difficulty in having a clear process over completed cases, managing communication and images regarding cases, getting a good overview or traceability of the case’s status, checking and following up on key figures. We find that more companies are seeking systems and methods to help them manage their aftermarket more efficiently. At Envise, we also see a trend where more companies want to start measuring their aftermarket/issue management and follow up on their partners, subcontractors, and construction projects through KPIs and key figures.
