Envise Portal

The digital “customer journey” involves interactions with several different companies as well as information to the user via several different channels and several different systems. To make it easier for both buyers/tenants and property developers/owners, we have launched a customer portal. The customer portal will be able to be used to create and sign all forms of agreements/documents, e.g. lease agreements, booking agreements and tenant approvals, etc., and contains many different modules such as the aforementioned agreement management, communication, “my page”, digital catalogue, option management, reports/documents, etc. In the Customer Portal, you can also link to the aftermarket solution and reporting of cases.
